As the first employee and Head of Growth & Content for Grapevine, I lead the strategy and day-to-day marketing execution as it relates to growth, content, and branding at a travel-tech startup. Strong focus on user acquisition across the website, email list, and social media.
BRANDING
Established brand identity including messaging guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, photography guidelines and logo design.
USER RESEARCH & DESIGN
Developed target markets and audience personas through user testing, surveys, research and in-person interviews.
Lead product design, including strategy and direction UX/UI designer.
PAID & ORGANIC ACQUISITION
Plan and implement acquisition strategy across social media, paid social, influencers and SEO, resulting in over 35K signups.
Grew Instagram following by over 1,000% and tripled email subscriber list; reduced CPC to £0.07 & CPA to under £0.50.
CREATIVE
Write messaging for comms including ads, website, social media, and eCRM.
CRM & AUTOMATION
Develop eCRM strategy including automation funnels, writing & designing emails, and A/B testing.
Achieved a 31% open rate / 21% click-to-open rate on all email campaigns.
