Seatfrog is a mobile app that makes it easy to upgrade to first class in over 560 destinations. As the Head of Marketing, I was responsible for driving performance of brand, product marketing, and user acquisition.

  • Grew user base by over 70% by planning and implementing partner marketing, paid acquisition, PR, and organic growth strategies.

  • Defined and owned marketing and comms strategy and delivery of KPIs.

  • Planned, forecasted, and measured marketing investment and impact.

  • Developed paid acquisition campaigns resulting in a 3.2 ROAS and 51% conversion rate.
